We offer a 14days Exchange/Return on our kits ONLY if item is still in original condition and have never been used. 20% Re-stocking fee apply on all returned items. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction.All presumed defective or wrong items must obtain a Return Authorization Number before returning. We will ship your replacement once we receive your returned item. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and any other charges by the courier company. This includes warranty claims.

Warranty (NO HASSLE)

Effective June 01, 2009: 2 Years Warranty on all Premium HID Conversion Kit including Slim Premium HID Kit. Standard EV HID Conversion Kit will come with Full 1 year Warranty. Replacement bulbs and ballast will have 1 Year Warranty with us. All LED products will have a 90days warranty. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Warranty is valid under normal use and any physical damages to product will void warranty. We are not responsible for any charges and fee for installing and removing our products. Must provide us with proof of purchase such as sale receipt (NO EXCEPTION). Contact us with a description of the problem and we will be happy to assist.

Warranty

We offer Full Warranty with NO HASSLE

Since June 01 2009, all of our Premium HID Conversion Kit have full 2 years warranty including hid ballast and hid bulb.  Standard HID Kit also have 1 year warranty with us.  HID ballast replacement and Xenon HID bulb replacement also have 1 Year Warranty with us.  LED bulbs and LED have 90days warranty unless otherwise stated in description. Any physical damage to product will void warranty NO EXCEPTION.

Buyers must contact us first for an RMA# and must provide valid receipt (original receipt arrived with package), and customer is responsible for all freight charges both ways NO EXCEPTION.

Return Policy

Returns:  Must notify us within 14days to obtain an RMA#.   All returns products must be in original condition and have not been used before NO Exception.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee will apply for all returns.
